Description

Provide a non-slapt-get alternative for installation GSB, with base "set" options rather than metapackages.

For the installer, i'd like to offer a few "base" options...so users can choose to install "gnome libraries" or "gnome desktop" (etc), then select "options" like "graphics", "media" etc etc.... for things like a libraries only install... or a desktop only install...to then create tagfile sets for them... which we can then use in the installer and to generate the meta packages automatically
